Each learner needs to complete

•  SLL application form

•  ESF Short record (we can do most of this form)

You will need to provide us with

•  initial assessment evidence signed by learner

•  Evidence of IAG referral

•  Evidence of completion (Awarding body results sheet and/or copy of certificate)
